Their items are always of such good quality and delivery is so quick! I know my guinea pigs love the bedding I purchase from them, and I personally can't wait to see what little love note has been written on the box to say thanks - it's great customer service!

First time buyer, bought some hay and a few of their herbal blends which my bunny is loving! Sent them a message regarding one pack in particular. Nothing negative just something not quite right. Today I found a message stating I had a delivery due from them which confused me. Turns out they’ve sent me a free blend! Far too generous of them, I’m sure my bunny will be happy but they certainly didn’t need to send a replacement. Very grateful and will definitely do business with them again.

The BEST customer service! We have a bunny who cannot live without the timothy hay we get from Small Pet Select so we have a subscription. It comes on time every month and is the same high quality every time! If I need to change anything they are just a click away. I called once last minute and added a box of treats and it was instant! I highly recommend them.
